Today I wanted to share this fantastic event with you. The AFCI UK One Big Show is the go to event of the year for anyone with a career in the creative industry. This event also incorporates the Creative Exchanges programme for designers, educators and influencers in the creative industry. Over the last few years that we’ve organised this show I’ve seen people launch products and businesses, grow their companies, careers and confidence, make networks of friends and colleagues and receive invaluable advice and support. That’s without the benefits I’ve received myself! Every year I come away from this event totally inspired and buzzing with ideas after spending a couple of days with likeminded friends and colleagues. This year, as well as organising, I will be taking part in the following things at the event if you’d like to attend:
Seminar – 10 Myths and One Truth about making it in the Creative Industry – throughout my career in the craft industry I’ve seen the same mistakes made over and over again, I’ll be sharing these with you along with ways to avoid them and the one foolproof way to create your own successful career in the creative industry.
